With over 33 years of teaching experience, I’ve helped students from ages 5 to 85 discover the joy of music. My passion is guiding adults to learn and fall in love with the piano. The GrassRootsPiano YouTube channel has grown to 21,000+ subscribers in just two years, connecting me with learners from around the world.

I hold a BFA in Music Education and an MFA in Percussion, and I live in the Northeast USA with my wife Bridget, our 10-year-old son Myles, and our two rescue dogs, Pepper and Frankie.
