Welcome to Our Music Community!

Celebrating your wins, big or small, is crucial for progress—whether it’s mastering a new chord, finishing a challenging piece, or simply practicing consistently for a week. Sharing frustrations is equally important; it helps identify obstacles and find solutions. What’s been your biggest challenge in your piano journey lately? Have you found any techniques or routines that help keep you motivated? Staying accountable by regularly checking in with others can boost your commitment and provide fresh perspectives. How often do you set goals for your practice sessions? Let’s keep the conversation going—your progress matters!

Hello Piano enthusiast!,

I’m so glad you’re here! This space is a new way for us to connect outside of the lessons. Over the past months, I’ve been busy rebuilding courses, writing my piano method book, and preparing for a new school year — but one thing I’ve always wanted to add is a place where learners can share, encourage, and celebrate together.

This blog will be that place. Think of it as our community bulletin board. I’ll post thoughts, tips, and questions here — and you’re welcome to join in the conversation by leaving a comment.

To start us off, I’d love to hear from you:

👉 What are you working on right now in your music journey?

  • Are you working in the Piano Foundations Course or perhaps the Free Crash Course?

  • Learning a new chord?

  • Or simply trying to find time in a busy week?

Your comment might inspire another learner — and that’s how we begin to build camaraderie.

Thank you for being here, for learning with me, and for keeping music alive in your life. I can’t wait to read your responses below.

With gratitude,
Jim
