No. 2 Bass Clef Basic Pitch Practice
Something special happens in our brain when we start working on left-hand pitches—also known as the bass clef. (Of course, the right hand can play bass clef too, but this lesson is focused on newer learners who are building left-hand confidence!) Included with this email is a simple practice guide for bass clef notes, designed to help you get comfortable reading and playing them. Learning to read both treble and bass clef is one of the biggest advantages you can give yourself as a beginner piano player. It opens the door to richer music, stronger coordination, and a deeper connection to the keyboard. Remember, every small step counts—so take it slow, stay consistent, and celebrate your progress.
